Dovetail transcripts are great, but when working with a multi-person MS Teams meeting, it's a pain to fix all the speaker attribution. MS Teams (and assuming Zoom) has great speaker attribution and is exported with the VTT transcript file. But when importing the transcript file into dovetail, the sync is slightly off from the audio/video. This means any clips that are created from highlights don't contain the beginning of what was highlighted.

It would be great if Dovetail could:

* Allow the user to adjust the sync between the imported transcript and the audio/video (or better, have AI automatically adjust the sync)

* Use Dovetail AI to further clean up the transcript, removing ums and ahs, keeping the imported speaker attribution
