Remove the requirement for One Time Password in Dovetail Slack App

Our team is sharing Dovetail Insights and Clips in our company Slack channel using the Dovetail Slack App. Our stakeholders love seeing these clips and being able to link to the insights in Dovetail to explore further. However, several stakeholders get frustrated having to regularly enter a OTP to watch the clips. Is there a way to remove this requirement as we are using our company slack, which already requires a company email and password. Or to only have our stakeholders do this the first time they watch a video on Slack? We are starting to get requests from our stakeholders to create clips, download them and then upload the clips to Slack, which will remove our integration with Dovetail.

- Can you provide more details about the frequency of OTP requests? Are they required for every clip or after a certain period of inactivity?
- Are there any security concerns from your end if the OTP requirement is removed or reduced?
- Would an alternative solution like a longer session duration or a 'remember me' option be acceptable for your stakeholders?

Here are my responses to your questions:
- It appears to be after a certain period of time, I am not sure exactly what causes the OTP to be triggered.
- We don't have security concerns, as the only individuals who are on our internal company slack channel are employees.
- Having our stakeholders complete the OTP the very first time they watch the video would be acceptable.
