the email stakeholders/subscribers receive whenever there’s a new update to a feed doesn’t communicate any information about the update. they’re just told Feed X has been updated and a CTA button to go into the tool to see the updates. they find that very frustrating because they’d rather get from the email some kind of preview of the update. we use feeds a lot at a high-level view that spans across multiple projects, so it’s hard for stakeholders to understand the context of the updates just from the email.
is there any way for the update emails to contain at least a bit of the preview of the content they’re linking to?
