Archiving workspace fields would be useful for us. We use a workspace field to align research with large annual goals. Each year, we will have more goals, and we need the ability to filter for work done for previous years' goals. Each year, several more goals will be added, thus making the list cumbersome and long before it's time to archive the research.

The ability to remove a field value from the options while still maintaining the ability to filter on it through archiving or some other means would be valuable.
