Ability to select default transcription language instead of using auto-detect

Auto-detect does not support all of the supported transcription languages. When uploading videos in these languages, you have to wait for the transcription to process in an incorrect language, delete it, and then manually trigger it again after selecting the correct language. It would be helpful if you could pre-select a default language for the entire workspace for those who don't need to/can't use auto-detect.
